Manga vs anime naruto

I want to say that kishi taking over manga will improve character development and world building but his world building was lacking in naruto and character development varied. Most of tge filter. Anime though there are some manga i d much rather read than watch. The reason for this is typically because the series is moving ahead of the manga. Naruto was one for me couldn t stand the filler and inconsistent animation styles. Like both equally but the anime has better character development and world building while the manga is 100 focused on plot.
